Mason Sauce

What is Mason Sauce you ask? Is it sweet? Is it spicy? Is it tangy? It's all those things and more! Mason Sauce starts with mustard and is enhanced with a delicious blend of vinegar, garlic, paprika. This signature sauce is a HMCO customer favorite. It is a common joke around the shop that we try and find what Mason Sauce isn't good on. Use as you would a traditional BBQ sauce or add it to a sandwich, potato salad, charcuterie board or southwest style breakfast burrito. The possibilities are endless.

INGREDIENTS: vegetable oil, yellow mustard, brown sugar, cider vinegar, garlic powder, eggs, spices, salt
